Government Affairs
Gov.Affairs@TTC.jo
TTC’s Government Affairs practice is built on direct, working knowledge of Jordan’s regulatory and institutional landscape. The firm engages with governmental authorities on behalf of clients — managing procedures, coordinating documentation, and ensuring compliance — so that clients can focus on their operations.
What We Do
Regulatory Approvals & Licensing
Coordinating the full process of obtaining approvals, permits, and certifications from relevant regulatory authorities. This includes procedural follow-up before ministries, departments, and municipal bodies until requirements are met.
National Compliance Advisory
Advising clients on their obligations under Jordanian law and regulation, with documentation support and ongoing monitoring to ensure continued compliance.
Government Liaison
Direct engagement with public sector entities and governmental authorities on behalf of clients. TTC manages the relationship, the process, and the follow-up.
Policy & Regulatory Intelligence
Tracking regulatory developments relevant to client operations and advising on implications before they become obstacles.
Track Record
A long established pharmaceutical company in Jordan required a full corporate conversion from a solidarity structure to a limited liability structure — a process complicated by decades of accumulated regulatory, financial, and administrative history.
TTC led the full engagement coordinating all regulatory procedures, representing the client before relevant governmental authorities, and managing the retrieval of historic documents from governmental archives spanning several decades. The project also required active coordination with financial institutions and international suppliers to maintain commercial continuity throughout the transition.
The engagement covered a combined operational and facilitation value of approximately USD 40 million.
